Client Services – Commodities recruitment
Joining a team of 6 you will be responsible for the day to day account management for blue chip clients. The main duties include trade and cash breaks, settlement issues, balance conversions, collateral management, brokerage and interests queries, cash adjustments, IT queries, static data, corporate actions and dividends.
Other aspects of the role will include management of the daily client margin calls and treasury reports, client liaison regarding exercises/assignments, first notice and last trading day notification and tracking, expirations and physical deliveries management, supporting and developing the management of client relationships, including visits, service Level reviews, keeping up to date records on client issues, minutes, hierarchy structure, development and problems.
