Responsibilities
- Provide high level of client services by identifying and solving technical and functional issues related to the Moody's Analytics Fermat software once in production, from Moody's Analytics (MA) office or in the client's premise throughout APAC in accordance with our current standards, policies and procedures.
- Take ownership of each issue reported by clients in using Moody's Analytics Fermat product and follow through to its closure, in the assigned area including Basel II compliance, Asset Liability Management, etc.
- Perform hands-on investigation on the product issues raised, analyse their causes and recommend solutions to the clients
- Establish the credibility among the supported clients and maintain the client's confidence in using MA's software solutions and working with the support team
- Proactively acquire the technical skill sets and business knowledge needed to support the new MA solutions and systems in a professional manner

Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with 2 to 3 years experience with either banks, software houses, consulting firms or system integrators.
- Good technical background in Oracle RDBMS, SQL/PLSQL programming, with knowledge in Java a plus.
- Understanding the key business drivers and concepts behind the banking/financial system, with previous experience in Basel II or ALM implementation for the banks is a big plus.
- Possess excellent technical analysis and hands-on problem-solving capabilities in using the database-centric software systems
- A good team player who can comfortably interacts with people of various internal departments including RD, Product Management, Implementation Services, etc. in a multicultural environment
- Ability to front and engage the stakeholders of the banks during the issue resolution process to ensure client satisfaction.
- Customer and service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
