Will be responsible for:
* Ensuring all operational service levels meet and exceed client expectations.
* Monitoring transaction processing services to exceed client expectations.
* Enhancing operational processes to ultimately benefit the client.
* Establishing practices which drive up Customer Satisfaction through all aspects of the business.
* Incident Management and Resolution of Customer Complaints.
* Working closely with sales team and contributing to marketing efforts.
* Defining user requirements, research, analysis, preliminary design, proposals.
* Providing recommendations and customer inputs to improve Customer Satisfaction Scores.

Qualifications
* Strong customer support skills with demonstrated ability to effectively deal with escalated customer concerns
* 10-15 years experience with customer management in a technical support, development, consulting, or sales environment
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* High energy, self starter personality
