Client Services Director, Fund Accounting recruitment
Market leading Fund Services providers are currently looking to make a Director level hire into their Client Services function in Edinburgh. After a period of successful client acquisition our client has established the need for a senior level figure with gravitas and strong commercial acumen to head up a team of Client Services Executives.
The purpose of this newly created role is to take full responsibility for driving client retention and development. The team the successful applicant will take control of acts as the primary interface between the client, custody units, operations and other custodians. Additionally the team plays a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of client change requests and pipeline new business.
The Director is responsible for delivering a high quality, tailored, service experience to franchise clients. The successful applicant will enjoy a well rounded role which will include team management, strategic level goal setting, full client management and commercial management.
To apply for this role you will have significant experience of Fund Administration and in-depth knowledge of pricing and reporting. Strong knowledge of the value chain of the securities industry and experience in a Supplier or Client Management style role.
