CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR:
Berkshire County has the second highest percentage of seniors in the state.

Elder Services seeks a candidate with superior leadership, demonstrated organizational, team building and contract management skills; and excellent communication and decision making abilities. A wide breadth of knowledge of social work and clinical experience in the delivery of in-home services is required. A master's degree in human services or related field preferred. Bachelor's degree with a minimum five years' experience in administration, supervision, program planning and development required. Nursing experience and bilingual Spanish/ English skills a plus.
