CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR

Having invested heavily in their team, services and brand (even through the downturn) this agency keeps going from strength to strength, having grown existing accounts and won substantial new clients through their creative approach to every area of their work.

At this key stage of their growth there is now the opportunity to join their team at a senior (board) level position and lead account development and delivery across the agency. The role will be very broad, getting involved in all areas of the business, including;

- Leading a small (but growing) team of account managers
- Creating and implementing account growth and retention plans
- Coordinating marketing activity
- Heading up a number of key client relationships
- Budget / account margin and growth responsibility
- Overseeing all account activity

The ideal candidate should have experience working in either an event, production, experiential or comms agency, combined with excellent client development and team management experience.
