Client Services Engineer- (trade processing)

. This position primarily focuses on providing application and technical support via the telephone and email to existing external clients within the securities processing arena. This position requires software support experience and troubleshooting of their products.

• Hands on technical experience utilizing database tools, basic SQL knowledge, and an understanding of common transport protocols including MQ, Email, FTP and SMTP.

• Experience supporting web based financial applications including trade posting, reporting, and exception handling / troubleshooting

• Experience working with and supporting multi tier applications including Java, Weblogic and Oracle.

• Experience working in Windows, Unix, and Linux environments and proficiency using MS Office suite

Requirements:

• Excellent communications skills and experience dealing with client representatives at various levels

• BA/BS in business, Finance, Economics or Computer Science.

• 2+ years work experience in a technical support role

• Knowledge/experience in financial industry.
