Client Services Executive - French Speaker
My client is a global leader in financial information services and they are currently looking to hire Representatives to provide support to clients following the purchase of financial data information.

Requirements
A minimum of 18 months experience in a client services role
Good exposure to the Financial sector
Fluent written and oral English and French is essential.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Customer focused with commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of Fixed Income products preferred but not required.
The primary function of Client Services is to support clients in Europe, Middle East Africa by telephone and e-mail and, where necessary, provide on-site client visits for products’ training
The successful candidate will provide a proactive, world class customer service and to support and manage inbound and outbound client service
The role encompasses client on-boarding, training and identification of potential opportunities and works closely with Product Support, Information Technology and Sales
