Client Services Executive, Private Banking recruitment

Principal Accountabilities:
As a Client Services Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative and service support to Private Bankers and their clients. In assisting Private Bankers in maintaining and growing long term profitable relationships, you will:
- Provide Private Bankers with day to day support on their clients’ portfolios and account administration (completing required paperwork and record maintenance, and providing administrative co-ordination with marketing teams, Investment Group administration, compliance, credit, finance, legal and IT)
- Assist Private Bankers in all aspects of service delivery and deal with customer enquiries regarding the operating of their accounts where appropriate
- Execute investment transactions in client portfolios which include public securities, mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity and real estate
- Work with various departments (internal and external) to ensure proper execution of tasks
- Ensure the Bank’s position is protected in terms of credit, compliance and legal issues and that the Group and Regulatory Guidelines are adhered to, strictly and in spirit, such that the reputation and goodwill of the Group is protected
- Develop an understanding of the Regional Singapore Platform and Global Private Banking product set and investment philosophy, and the issues connected to the daily delivery and communication of these services to clients
- Deliver standards consistent with those of a world class private bank
Skills/Attributes:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related discipline, with 3-5 years of experience in the investment management industry, preferably in wealth management
- Good understanding and knowledge of banking transactions and deposit, investment and credit products
- Knowledge of banking-related compliance issues
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good problem-solving and independent decision-making skills
