Client Services Executive recruitment

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will hold a primary degree preferably in a business, finance, or accounting related concentration, along with 2/3 years experience in Client Services and a knowledge of the funds industry.
The Role
* Managing an extensive portfolio of clients
* Assisting with subscription document processing, wire transfers, various investor issues
* Frequent interaction with Legal, Accounting and Sales teams
* Analyze and create reports from investor/fund data and report them to upper management
* Promoting a cohesive team atmosphere while developing individual career paths
* Ensuring adherence to all established procedures and controls
* Maintain and build client relationships
* Working with KPI targets
Key Competencies
* Proven track record in delivering a high quality level of service to clients
* Proven project management skills
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills
* Experience in project management
