Client Services Executive recruitment

Responsibilities:

As a Client Services Executive you will be:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and work closely with your assigned account managers

• Providing orientation and product training for all new and existing clients on all aspects of the eFinancialCareers product offerings and recording these in the database. This may also include onsite training for clients as and when the business demands it.

• Initiating and maintaining a proactive schedule of calls with clients and feedback website development requests to the appropriate departments.

• Ensuring that all client orders are accurately entered into the database in a timely manner

• Posting jobs and make them ‘live’ on the website.

• Ensuring all clients are informed of any new changes and website developments that affect them. This will involve liaising with other departments such as sales and marketing.

• Producing weekly/monthly and adhoc reports and presentations as requested by the client, sales staff and your manager. This includes client activity and statistic reports for your core markets.

• Optimizing and managing newsletters for the UK market

• Creatively and efficiently resolving issues and investigating complaints. This will include raising bug and product development tickets in a timely manner.

• Monitoring client and candidate mailboxes and responding to emails within 2hrs of receipt.

• Ensuring adverts, tiles and banners linking to external websites are working and are kept up to date
