Client Services Executive, Rigzone (French speaking) recruitment
Rigzone, the number one online career management website for the oil gas industy provides industry news, subscription data services and job fairs to its client base and candidates. We are looking for an experienced French-speaking Client Services Executive, based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Services Executive you will be:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and work closely with your assigned account managers
- Providing orientation and product training for all new and existing clients on all aspects of our product offerings and recording these in the database. This may also include onsite training for clients as and when the business demands it
- Initiating and maintaining a proactive schedule of calls with clients and feedback website development requests to the appropriate departments.
- Ensuring that all client orders are accurately entered into the database in a timely manner
- Posting jobs and making them ‘live’ on the website.
- Ensuring all clients are informed of any new changes and website developments that affect them. This will involve liaising with other departments such as sales and marketing.
- Producing weekly/monthly and adhoc reports and presentations as requested by the client, sales staff and your manager. This includes client activity and statistic reports for your core markets.
- Creatively and efficiently resolving issues and investigating complaints. This will include raising bug and product development tickets in a timely manner.
- Monitoring client and candidate mailboxes and responding to emails within 2hrs of receipt.
- Ensuring adverts, tiles and banners linking to external websites are working and are kept up to date
- providing cover for the other members of the Client Services team during holidays or sickness absence.
While this is a detailed list of responsibilities you may be called upon for additional duties as and when the business requires.
Overall skills required:
- Have gained excellent skills working in a busy Customer Service or Call centre environment.
- Be outgoing, well presented and comfortable training and conversing with groups of people.
- Have an interest in learning more about the Energy Markets.
- Have a flexible and positive attitude
- Be able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Good team player
- Be fluent in both French and English
- Experience working for an online company would be highly beneficial.
