Client Services – French or German speaking recruitment
Leading Asset Management House with over AUM £1 trillion is building its Client Services team. Following their decision to expand the institutional client base, they are seeking to recruit French or German-speaking Client Service Executives to deal with the increased demand.
Servicing institutional clients in the UK and Europe, the jobholder will use their linguistic skills to support demands and use their understanding to develop business initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Effective communication with clients, ensuring inquiries are dealt with according to standards
* Management of internal relations
* Production of Management Information and updates on client activity
* Maintenance of brand knowledge and client data
* Escalation of issues and risk aware
To apply for the role, you MUST have:
* Relevant language skills
* Demonstrable interest in Asset Management
* Experience in Financial Services
