  1. Team description:

Client Service plays a crucial role in our philosophy of maximizing client satisfaction. In fact, the team is one of the main interfaces with all of our clients in France (institutional investors, distributors, asset management advisors, and AXA insurance brokers) in all aspects of the client relationship.

The Client Service team consists of nine people divided into two teams: the Client Reporting and Communication team interacts daily with our clients in all aspects of reporting (defining reporting needs, reporting quality control, preparing investment committees, monitoring submissions, managing ad hoc requests, etc.) and communication (product, regulatory, sales, etc.) and the Client Information and Administration team interacts daily in all other aspects of the client relationship.
