- Team description:
Client Service plays a crucial role in our philosophy of maximizing client satisfaction. In fact, the team is one of the main interfaces with all of our clients in France (institutional investors, distributors, asset management advisors, and AXA insurance brokers) in all aspects of the client relationship.
The Client Service team consists of nine people divided into two teams: the Client Reporting and Communication team interacts daily with our clients in all aspects of reporting (defining reporting needs, reporting quality control, preparing investment committees, monitoring submissions, managing ad hoc requests, etc.) and communication (product, regulatory, sales, etc.) and the Client Information and Administration team interacts daily in all other aspects of the client relationship.
- Intern’s primary role and assignments:
As part of the Client Service team, you will:
- Assist client service officers in their day-to-day mission
- Act as the first point of contact for all requests from AXA;
- Be responsible for managing on a day-to-day basis the scope of publications (strategy literature, expertise newsletters, product reporting) available to all our clients ;
- Help gather relevant information regarding our customers ;
- Get proof that the destination of funds to do not involve money laundering ,
- Administrate client information in our systems (transactions, positions, portfolios)
- Manage the Client Service team procedures with the help of client service officers
- Contribute to our client ad hoc request process review;
- Analyse our main competitor reporting offer (format date of publication) and propose a set of enhancements in order to improve the overall quality and transparency of our reporting
The ultimate goal of your internship is to contribute to improving the quality of client service.
- Applicant profile
- Graduate from a Business school or from a university specializing in finance
- Highly client-oriented, good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate easily.
- Motivated by client service. Prior experience in asset management desirable.
- Disciplined, independent and solid sense of initiative.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack desirable.
- Project management
- Prior knowledge of economics and finance desirable.
- Willingness and readiness to adapt to new software.
- Fluent English (second language a plus).
