Client Services – Listed Derivatives recruitment
With succession planning in mind, we are searching for a future team leader of an established and well respected front-office client services team.
• Ensure consistent level of service is provided across full client base.
• Work with existing clients to fully understand their requirements, monitoring and improving the quality of service provided, looking for the best solution for the client and, where necessary, working with other teams internally in order to achieve this.
• Work closely with Product team to understand the product offering and ensure client drivers are represented in Product strategy build-out.
• Daily contact with client base, trouble shooting various issues that may arise (e.g. trade and margin queries, managing expiries and setting up reporting requirements)
