Client Services Manager – FX eCommerce recruitment
We require you to have the following key criteria;
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Thorough understanding of the importance and position of the Client Services area, in relation to the entire business
- Preferably eCommerce platform experience
- Minimum 2-4 years relevant experience
- Will consider ex-traders, with strong leadership qualities
- Resourceful, driven and posses strong initiative.
- Mandarin speaking would be an advantage, but not essential.
