Client Services Manager
Our client a leading IT Network Integrator have a requirement for a Client Services Manager based in Birmingham responsible for the Management of all services and leadership of the account support resources. The main objectives are the provision of quality services delivered in a professional and cost effective manner.
Duties:
Commercial and Operational Management of the client account
Responsible for maintaining and developing the client relationship at all levels
Manage the client relationship being the initial point of contact
Profit / Loss management and ownership for all services including billing and financial management
Contract / commercial delivery management
Ensure that services are delivered to agreed quality and service level measures
Ensure that all necessary processes are in place and are adhered to.
Provide leadership and guidance to the on-site and virtual team members.
Conduct staff performance reviews as required
Manage the provision of effective account administration including contractor timesheets, account expenditure, account databases and adherence to internal and customer controls.
Requirements:
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent skills in People Management Leadership
Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
Service Management Experience
Extensive PL Experience
Contract management and negotiation
Sound Business and Financial acumen
ITIL Accredited
Good understanding of converged solutions
Basic knowledge in network routing and switching.
Location: East Midlands
Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
