Client Services Manager Job in Basildon, Home Counties UK

Client Services Manager is required for our client

This is a customer focused relationship management role

The Client Services Manager will Direct, lead and take personal responsibility for all business relations between the company and the client including incidents through to service restoration including impact and subsequent communications and follow ups with the clients.

- Act as the day to day relationship point, and provide a monthly review mechanism through which clients can discuss and resolve the issues they face to their satisfaction 

- Liaise with all internal functions to guide and co-ordinate efforts to satisfy client needs/issues.

- Influence, deliver, lead and drive Knowledge uplift and skill sharing with support teams, partner companies and suppliers. This includes ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and changes to people, process or tools on both sides are communicated.

- Deal with major service escalations from Customers and senior management teams.

- Provide an understanding of the customer and business impact of any major outage and communicate to all parties as appropriate, to enable the fast response decision making process

- Ability to lead motivate and produce a high performing team and build and maintain a service orientated and focused cultureDemonstrated business savvy and acumen

- Participate in any change activity communications that impact on the critical Company services, taking the lead for major changes or releases and providing the single point of contact for these release and changes between the company and the client.

- Additional Skills Personal / Strong People Skills / Experience

- Ability to develop relationships with both Technical and Lines of Business (LOB)

- Self-actualised with good teamwork skills.

- Experience and ability in using soft skills to defuse potentially damaging client situations

- Experience of using IT systems to deliver business to business customer solutions

- Bank / Financial Experience

- Proven experience in areas with strong customer focus and high expectation
