IQ Innovations is a technology company focused on facilitating K-12 education transformation at a state and national level. We are committed to furthering our product suite to further serve as the benchmark, turn-key, electronic education platform. IQI serves the nation's largest full-time, fully accredited online K-12 school in the country. At present serving 13,000 students per academic school year, in 2011 graduating over 2,000 students.
Over the coming years IQI will be expanding its user-base across enterprise engagements.
We are seeking a Client Services Manager to serve as the face of our organization to our expanding client base comprised of state departments of education, school districts and individual schools. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience responsible for delivering Client Services Management as well as Account Management.
Position Requirements
- 3-5 Years proven experience as Client Services Manager and/or Account Manager within the IT domain
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to generate and manage external (client-centric) communications
- Extensive exposure to web-based technology, comfortable in the current tech space
- Expert ability to lead clients through the on-boarding process
- Expert ability to triage, resolve, route and escalate client support issues
- Expert ability to observe and analyze operational scenarios within the CSM/AM role and translate to Process Development / Refinement

- Mastery of office productivity software (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Quickbooks, etc.)
