- Understand clients' needs and identify opportunities for improving the product solution
- Increase utilisation and optimise channel usage
- Achieve the standard of quality management system in line with requirement in service delivery
Qualifications Skills
- Degree Holder or above
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Knowledge in Trade is a definite advantage
- Knowledge in Cash, GM, Security products
- Able to work under pressure
