Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage the team based in Japan and provide high level of service to the clients.
- Escalate key issues and provide strategic direction to the team.
- Monitor team’s performance and responsible for the morale of the team ensuring highest quality of work.
- Enhance the value of client relationship by ensuring effective delivery of client services and support for Cash and Trade products.
- Coordinate a timely response to client queries in liaison with internal departments.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of cash management, trade finance business, its products, and regulations and procedures.
- Strong understandings of operations work flow.
- Strong people management skills and experience
Preferred skills
- 5 years experience in the area of client service in Global Transaction Banking.
- Good knowledge of banking products.
- Customer oriented mind-set, detailed oriented, able to offer flexibility
Personal Attributes
- Decision making skills and able to lead a team.
- Excellent team player and excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
