Client Services Manager recruitment

• Faultless servicing; proactive relationship development; strong product and technical abilities with experience in multiple asset classes, legal structuring, product design and overall attention to detail. 

• Client Implementation and Relationship Building – partnering with the sales team for the assigned channel, the Client Service Manager will be responsible for the on-boarding of new mandates as they are confirmed, through the effective coordination and project management for new business. In addition, through the ongoing maintenance and management of the relationship.

• Perform the role of client advocate - be able to articulate the client issues and requests to management and other constituencies and be innovative in crafting a solution.

• Client Service and Special Requests – Build strong working relationships with internal teams in order to provide timely responses to requests from clients, internal constituencies. Work with colleagues to gather information and perform analysis to execute specific requests and inquiries.

• Quarterly Reports – Work with reporting and the various investment teams to assist clients with inquiries on reports, projections, capital calls and distributions and other requests.

• Client Database – Maintaining the client database for all assigned clients so that all reports, invitations and external communications are sent to the appropriate parties and clients.

• Client Service Team Support – provide support to other members of the team with follow-up, back-up or other functions which may be required on an ad hoc basis.

• Proven experience in the asset management

• Knowledge of investments, legal concepts and operational support is required as this position is responsible for aiding in the responses to detailed investor questions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience working directly with client and possess a client-focused orientation.

• Strong presentation/public speaking skills.

• Excellent organization and management skills and be able to work under pressure.

• Strong writing skills.

• Good negotiating skills. Ability to work closely with multiple internal constituents.

• Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Bachelor degree required.

• Willingness to travel.
