*Reporting into Regional CIO
Job Description:
The client services manager has to understand of the technology needs of the group they service. This will include current day to day operations to the new services. Technology, which is used in the business, changes continually.
The client services manager will participate in the identification and development of new services for delivery by APAC IT team and will be part of the product planning activities.
He/she will also be required to educate the group companies on the range of current and new services provided by APAC IT team and by approved vendor partners, authorized through Procurement.
