A people management position, this is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Client Service Manager.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will require you will be an experience Client Services Manager ideally working within cash management or corporate banking. With a relevant Tertiary Qualifications you will be experienced in direct client contact, working with large or multinational customers.

Commercially focused you will have a strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage escalation of complex issues. Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to both influence and advise key management personnel is essential.
