Given its strong performance against its competitors in the market, the company is looking to bring onboard a Client Services Manager based in Singapore to drive revenue and business opportunities for its clients by offering the most professional and comprehensive service to their needs.
Job Description
As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Meeting with clients (institutional and corporates) and building sustainable relationships with the clients you own.
- Onboarding of new clients, client inquiries, comprehensive pre and post-sales support.
- Conducting training programmes both internally and externally for new products on the electronic platform.
- Close communication with trading and sales teams in enhancing client services/support.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a highly motivated, meticulous and driven individual with previous experience in client services in the financial markets. Specifically, you will possess:
- 4 - 6 years of client services experience in the financial services industry, preferably from an ecommerce background/knowledge.
- Strong organization and communication skills to assist in client onboarding, client inquiries and post-sales service.
- Strong awareness of the financial market and an understanding of financial instruments.
- Experience and knowledge of financial market e-platforms and applications.
