Client Services Manager [Ref:Client Services Manager_WL] recruitment

This position is focused on servicing institutional clients and private bank channels in the region. The ability to participate in new business development opportunities and initiative is also essential, including contributing to effective RFP responses.

The Client Relationship Manager will also coordinate with numerous individuals and multiple company departments to collect and disseminate client information, plan and coordinate client events, book appointments, follow-up on conversations and create client specific presentations.

Your Role:

• Client on-boarding, complex KYC management

• Coordination of client take on, special project and any change affecting clients

• Clients queries, investment and client procedures

• Oversee and coordinate the delivery of service from middle and back office

• External communications and relations (fund's event, corporate, etc...)

• Monitoring of the in/out client flow management

• Incidents handling, problems resolution, escalation point

• Initiation and monitoring of distribution agreements, IMAs

• Website feeding and administration

• Participation and preparation of clients' presentations

• Design and preparation of customized reports (including KPI, Client Activity Indicators)

• Client data management

• Distribution management

• Host meetings, conf call as and when required

• Sponsoring of projects processes to improve information

• Translation of marketing/client materials between Chinese and English when necessary

• Retain management

• Regular on-site meetings

Your Profile:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Major in Finance or Business

• Plus : MBA, CFA or CAIA qualification

• At least 5 year experience in banking with strong background in commercial activities (sales, relationship management) with financial institutions as clients. the successful candidate needs to demonstrate its capacity in capital markets and hedge fund knowledge

• Fluent English

• Fluent Chinese - Cantonese and Mandarin (including read and write) 

French is plus
