Bayada Nurses Pediatric Home Care office in Voorhees, NJ is seeking a dynamic, responsible and dedicated professional to coordinate home care services for our pediatric clientele. You will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and build a career in home health care. You will be an integral part of a compassionate, professional team that is instrumental in the quality of care provided to our clients. The Client Services Manager is responsible for building and successfully maintaining a caseload of pediatric patients using superb customer service skills. Responsibilities include: receiving and processing requests for home care services, supervision of field employees, scheduling and ongoing administrative case management. Relationship building with clients, their families, medical personnel, referral sources and other community resources is of key importance.

The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and possess the desire to grow within the office and the company. You must possess the ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. To qualify, a Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years work experience in home care or related health care field is required . Prior staffing or scheduling experience is a plus.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree required
* A minimum of 3-4 years work experience in homecare, healthcare or social services preferred
* Previous experience building business or increasing sales/client base
* Prior supervisory experience a plus
* Demonstrated ability to take initiative
* Confident, but not afraid to ask questions
* Strong work ethic
* Team player with an "all hands on deck" attitude
* Demonstrated record of following processes/meeting compliance requirements
* Organized/able to multitask
* Quick learner
* Ability to work beyond standard business hours when needed
