Client Services Officer – Dublin role recruitment

Key responsibilities:
- Responsibility and ownership for a set of client/fund relationships from a fiduciary perspective.
- Ensuring that the internal Trustee monitoring programme for a set number of clients, which includes monitoring the fund’s portfolio for compliance with regulatory requirements and assessment of internal control procedures, is completed within a monthly cycle.
- Ensuring breaches are identified, recorded and rectified in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Assist on site visits of third party service providers.
- Daily overdraft and custody oversight.
- Ensure regular administration tasks are completed.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of internal MIS reporting.
Key skill sets
- Relevant degree / qualification preferred.
- Fund Accounting / Trustee Experience essential
- Good IT skills
- Good presentation skills
- Analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to influence people.
- Good judgement, communication and influencing skills.
- Organised and structured approach to work.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
