Recent development has created an opportunity for a Japanese Speaking Client Services Officer.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Processing operations and banking transactions including transfers, FX, cash and account management, fiduciary placements and reporting.
- Procurement of stock market orders i.e. stocks, bonds, options and structured products.
- Assisting with clients’ day –to-day enquiries, providing full and quality support whilst also ensuring that any transactions comply with regulatory standards.
- Preparation, control and maintenance of Know Your Client (‘KYC’) and account opening documentation. Liaison with clientele in order to assist banker in performing KYC for new, existing and prospective clients
- Assisting in marketing efforts
The Successful Applicant
- organised, forward thinking (not just an executor), proactive,
- basic mathematical skills, with good English and Japanese and knows Microsoft office (excel, word, power point).
- Having previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
