This professional services firm, located in the Adelaide CBD, provides business and accounting advisory services to a client base of small and medium sized businesses.

Due to substantial growth within the practice, a new role has been created for a Client Services Administrator to work closely with and report through to the Director. This is a structured and process driven role where success will be measured by your ability
to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of client invoices.

Outstanding communication skills will be vital to this role as you’ll be liaising with clients and all levels of the business. Additionally, you’ll also be responsible for workflow management and the preparation of reports.

It is an essential requirement that you have proven experience within a professional services environment where you have been responsible for client correspondence and invoicing, ASIC liaison, APA database administration, xplan entry and basic accounts support. You’ll have a strong acumen in PA responsibilities including diary and travel management.
