Client Services Officer recruitment
Our Client is a leading International Asset Manager, in the process of expanding their London office. They are currently looking to expand the CEEMEA Sales team by adding a Client Relationship/Customer Services professional in order to facilitate market share expansion and more efficiently service current clients. As a key member of the team you will enjoy exposure to all aspects of the business and be expected to interact with clients at a senior level across a wide geographic spread and therefore display stong administrative and interpersonal skills.
The role will include:
Liaising with clients to ensure that implementation and subsequent service levels are of the highest standard.
Updating maintaining of all marketing materials.
Management and maintenance of the in house CRM System and the updating of the consultant databases.
Periodic Client Reporting; creation and production of Monthly Valuation reports, creation and distribution of Quarterly Investment reports.
Supporting of the sales team in general administrative tasks.
Successful candidates will have 2-5 years experience in the Asset Management industry, having held a similar role within a large asset management house.
