As a Business Banking Client Services Professional (CSP) your main objectives will be the following: Coordinate Service Delivery to ensure an excellent service experience for customers Provide Proactive Sales Support for RMs in all areas of the customer relationship Provide support in all stages of the Credit and Risk Processes Establish rapport and maintain positive productive relationships with all team members and partners Daily Job Responsibilities: Resolve customer issues and execute account service and maintenance as requested Work to increase customers utilization of alternate service delivery solutions (i.e., Chase.com and Business Premier Line) Coordinate New Account Opening with branch partners Coordinate weekly 1 on 1 with assigned RM(s) to review activities, identify priorities and set customer appointments Actively participate in Pre-Call Planning, including preparation of Call Packets and Marketing Packets Identify and submit referrals to appropriate source Meet all new customers and, as appropriate, existing customers, reemphasizing service options Assist with Loan Process, from application through booking, including following up on vendor work, coordinating loan documentation, and facilitating loan closings with customers Assist with Credit Risk Management, i.e., review financial monitoring and collateral exceptions, review notes maturing, input overdraft decisions made by RMs in TAS-O daily Key Competencies Customer focused individual Well-developed oral and written communication skills Demonstrated problem-solving and follow-up skills Strong organizational skills Focus on accuracy and attention to detail Possess a sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task
