Client Services Representative, interest rate Product Specialist

Leading Financial Institution have a new opening for a Client Services Representative, with specialist knowledge of interest rate products
The team works closely with all internal groups to ensure queries and issues are followed through to resolution and manage external post sales relationships.
It would suit a Graduate with excellent communication skills and relevant product knowledge

The team works with Sales and Marketing to educate and raise awareness in the market around the product and assists in the process of converting prospective members/clients
The team manages that relationship and is also responsible for the operational processing and monitors the integrity of the platform. The team also oversees portfolio maintenance events such as portfolio revaluations, trade fixings and margin runs

Responsibilities

Oversee operational processes such as margin runs, backloading cycles and start of day batch process. ·
Execute daily processes and ensure that any issues are addressed and escalated effectively. ·
Liaise with key stakeholders (Treasury, IT, members/ clients) to ensure that their steps in the process are performed on time.
Pro-actively work with Sales to target new compression opportunities with members and clients. ·
Ensure life cycle events are executed in a controlled fashion. ·
Monitor the performance of processes and controls and identify and escalate issues as they arise.
Escalation point for issues across Production and Onboarding environments. ·
Conduct root cause analysis to improve upon processes and prevent reoccurrence
