- Provide day-to-day operational support to the clients department
- Develop and improve your client relationships including taking proactive
ownership of all operational actions
- Interface with other internal departments
- Follow the contracts and ensure issues
- Monitor client needs helping to ensure correct resource allocation
- Monthly manage the key performance indicators
Profil recherché / Candidate profile / Profiel van de kandidaat
- English is the main working language and either Dutch or French are a plus.
- You have a graduate and less than 4 years of experience (at ease in a
multinational environment)
- Flexible, motivated and ambitious are three of your main qualities
