Job Description:
The role of the Client Services Representative is intended to be a multi-functional position designed to support and enhance our business efforts by providing superior, ongoing support and service to new and existing clients. This role will have direct and indirect responsibility in helping to support our efforts to grow and retain clients while contributing to and improving the overall client experience.
Responsibilities:
FOLIOfn is looking for a Client Services Representative who will (over the phone and by email) identify and address existing client requests for information and service. The ideal candidate will proactively provide additional assistance with our site; products and services, make welcome calls to our new customers and handle escalated and complex service issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following:
· Minimum of 2 years client service or support experience in retail brokerage or at an investment firm where business was conducted with clients via the telephone and e-mail.
· Experience making outbound phone calls (highly desired).
· Strong multi-tasking, problem solving, interpersonal, communication, writing composition, and organizational skills.
· Must be technically savvy and able to support our clients as they utilize our web-based products.
· Ability to work flexible shifts that may include Saturday’s, Sunday’s, occasional evenings and/or holidays.
· Series 7 required 63 license preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
