This position is responsible for all aspects of the support relationship with SP Capital IQ clients and is responsible for performing a variety of administrative, client service, entitlement, fulfillment, and subscription maintenance services. This team orientated individual's responsibilities will include dealing with customer enquiries as they arise, resolving related issues, processing and tracking sales orders, active involvement in subscription account management reporting, setting up electronic trials for products and liaising with the billing teams. Additionally, you will assist the Product Support team in delivering first line, in-office phone and email support.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all paperwork and sales order administration is carried out accurately and efficiently and with strict adherence to Company Policy, procedures and departmental practices.
• Checking of invoices against sales orders on a timely basis on behalf of sales to ensure invoices sent to clients are 100% accurate.
• Gathering all relevant information on accounts and billing for complex global deals and key accounts to present to sales staff.
• Checking, processing to authorized signatories and local filing client subscription contracts into a shared database.
• Reporting back to management on the PIR report (invoicing), and on the Renewals report.
• Setting up trial and subscription access for all SP Capital IQ electronic products in line with company policies e.g. for user swaps, trial extensions and granting of permanent access
• Communicate with the US office/ Order Management teams to resolve order processing issues.
• Generating subscription and entitlement reports for sales as required.
• Training sales/ associates on using and reading PIMS, Salesforce, LCMS, and the SRT tool.
• Account maintenance on internal systems, includes PIMS, SFDC, LCMS and the CIQ platform.

Qualifications

• Significant, directly comparable experience in a Client Service role, preferably within the banking environment.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles combined with advanced mathematical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment and must possess the ability to work independently and to be a self-starter with a desire to accurately complete assigned tasks.
• Intermediate knowledge of networking, web-based applications, Internet technology to troubleshoot entitlement issues.
• Must be able to demonstrate effective interpersonal communications and troubleshooting skills e.g. ability to communicate clearly with clients both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks.
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of CRM systems including system set up, amendment and creating new specifications
