Client Services & Resourcing Manager

A new opportunity for a proven Client Services and Resourcing Manager to join a well-known and successful national business based in Basingstoke. This role will encompass the management of the Client Services team and Resource management; you will be responsible for the complete recruitment process and on-going development of all customer services staff.

I am looking for someone with previous Customer Service or Call Centre environment experience, you will need to be able to forecast, run reports and track key performance indicators. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in recruiting new team members, training and on-going development of staff.
You will need to be flexible with a hands on approach when leading a team. The role will encompass a wide range of activities and this is an excellent opportunity to put your own stamp on a growing team.

You will already have experience of
• Considerable knowledge of large automatic call distribution systems.
• Expertise in working with Workforce Management Software.
• Significant experience with Report Writing software.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, excellent numeracy skills and the ability to interpret and analyse MI reports.
• Proven management skills and leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (including the ability to produce written reports)
• A commitment to Customer Service and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
• Sound knowledge of call centre activities.
• A thorough knowledge of both paper and computerised systems (including Service Delivery Systems) to make relevant use of information provided.
• Previous experience of undertaking project/statistical work
• Self-motivated with the ability to work without supervision.
• Flexibility and the willing to undertake other roles in the Customer Care Team.

You will also need to be organised and methodical in your approach to problem solving, as well as bringing your own innovative solutions to the table.

This role is based in central Basingstoke and there is free parking on site. Working hours 37.5 a week, Monday to Friday.
