CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST
Our client is an asset management firm and to cope with their business expansion, they are seeking an outstanding candidate to join them.
You will be responsible for market research and intelligence. Prepare sales pitch deck and assist in production of marketing materials. Conduct regular translation of market commentary. Arrange the delivery of marketing materials to distributors. Assist to complete due diligence questionnaires. To work independently on ad hoc projects. Work closely with internal stakeholders. Address client enquiries in a timely manner.
To qualify for the position, you should be a Degree holder with around 3 to 4 years of client service experience in financial institutions, preferably in asset management company. Hands on experience to prepare sales pitch deck, marketing materials and due diligence questionnaire. Knowledge in using Bloomberg is preferred. Detail-oriented. Good interpersonal and communication skills with client service mind set and able to maintain good clients and internal relationship. Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office including Excel and Powerpoint. Excellent in spoken Mandarin, English and writing skills.
