Job Description
The Designated Programme Administrator will be the primary account manager for a large German headquartered corporate-sector Commercial Card client. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for the ongoing administration of a client's entire Commercial Card portfolio, managing day-to-day processes and working directly with other Client Services employees to maximize the effectiveness of their programme. You will utilise both internal JPMorgan Commercial Card software as well as external- client-owned software (via a client-owned laptop) to perform routine maintenance and resolve cardholder enquiries. This role will involve significant telephone and e-mail contact from the client's cardholders, and will require the incumbent to resolve cardholder issues in a timely manner. In addition, the incumbent will work closely with several Commercial Card Client Services groups, including but not limited to; Programme Coordinators, Implementations, Client Application Support, and Relationship Management, to ensure a seamless client experience from implementation through the normal lifecycle of the client relationship. Some of the day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to:Submit and approve card transactionsSuspend and de-activate (cancel) cardsView individual cardholder charge activityView full balance and aging informationReinstate cardsUpdate individual cardholder personal dataUtilise report functionality to review/determine system administration changesBasic cardholder training (as needed)Make recommendations for client policy and procedure, as it relates to the client's Commercial Card program

Qualifications
QualificationsFluent German language (written and oral) is essentialExcellent communication and customer service skills (written and verbal)Capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyStrong analytical, research, problem solving, and policy skillsBusiness partner-facing position requiring strong oral and written communication skills including solid interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Excel and Word necessary.Success at developing and maintaining key consultative and ongoing relationships across the organisation and externally, including effectively managing and influencing partner dynamicsIntermediate to advanced PC applications skillsAble to work effectively with others and across teams to reach solutions
