Client Services – Team Manager Cash Equities recruitment
This a fast paced role, responding to ever increasing internal and external client demands.
Your day to day responsibilities include:
- The ability to establish a broad network across Securities to enable them to drive change and respond to client needs.
- Management of 3/4 direct reports reporting into EMEA Head of Middle Office.
- Face off to Cash equities business for all T0/T1 client queries and ongoing collaboration to improve RFT rates.
- Regional RTB stakeholder for all global booking and confirmation applications; drive forward global confirms project including implementation of our vendor strategy approach for allocation and confirmation.
In order to be successful your CV will illustrate the following:
- Extremely strong knowledge of Cash Equities, ideally within a Client Services position.
- Previous knowledge of the Securities F2B process is beneficial as they will be required to understand this in some level of detail to enable them to make prioritisation calls and drive forward strategic change.
- The ability to work internally with a number of senior stakeholders.
- Experience facing off to the commission management desk; driving process enhancements on behalf of the business and clients.
- Graduate degree (or equivalent)
