This candidate must be organized, detail oriented, multi-tasker, self-motivated and a team player, and have excellent communication skills to work on the Clients Services Team and Advisor Support Team.  The Client Services team is responsible for servicing, managing, and executing clients requests for account support.  This would include, but is not limited to new account processing, trading, reporting and performance.  We are an established, growth oriented financial services firm in the East Bay Area. 

Duties and Responsibilities include:
-Support Financial Advisors in their effort to provide the highest level of service to clients
-Maintain a team approach and support oher team members in daily service support duties including new accounts, account maintenance and phone service support
-Maintain compliance with all regulatory procedures and guidelines
-Maintain and exceed high quality standards for the processin of all incoming service requests, paperwork.
-Other duties to be assigned as needed

Qualifications include:
-BA/BS, Finance, Economics or Accounting major is preferred
-2+ years experience in financial services
-Experience working with various financial vendors
-Proficient in Microsoft office Suite
