Client Services/Helpdesk Representative, Fitch Solutions. recruitment

The primary function of Client Services is to support the clients of Fitch Solutions in Europe, Middle East Africa by telephone and Email.  Along with other members of the client services team, the help desk is covered from 9:00 to 17:30 each working day.

The successful candidate will provide a responsive and efficient telephone support service dealing with all client calls and ensuring the outcome is a satisfactory conclusion for the client. There are three main aspects to this role:

1) Technical Support for Fitch Solutions Products
 
• Manage Client query to ensure timely resolution
• Use Client Services System to escalate unresolved queries
• Product testing
• Product training

2) To liaise with other groups across EMEA, APAC and Americas within Fitch Solutions

• Sales Team: to share information regarding client comments, product development, and other issues
• Produce weekly and monthly report to include all CS activity
• Ensure market feedback/comments are entered into Sales Logix and relevant client feedbacks are escalated to the Business Development Team.
• Enter subscription enquiry into Sales Logix

3) Administrative Support
• Client subscription set-up and amendment
• Maintaining client database
• Ad hoc projects/requests.

Skills Required:

Educated to Degree level or equivalent.

Ability to demonstrate an interest in financial markets (either through study or work experience).

At least 1 years of work experience.  Client liaison experience desirable.

Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally.

French or other EU languages would be a distinct advantage.

Highly motivated, demonstrating a proactive attitude and ability to use initiative.

Considerable european travel is associated with this position.  Frequency is dependent on client needs.
