Client Services/Private Banking Supervisor - London

Permanent role.

Salary: £45-65K

Role:

To support the business in the delivery of exceptional client service to its clients. These clients will be High Net Worth (HNW) individuals so sensitivity to their profile is of upmost importance. The manager will be tasked with coaching and developing the junior members of the team to help deliver outstanding service, escalating any issues and resolving client queries with minimum fuss.

Management:

The successful candidate will be tasked with increasing the productivity of the team, actively managing its members and ensuring specific tasks are carried out. The manager will be charged with the recruiting, the on-boarding of new team members and ensuring their rapid integration into the organization to bring them up to speed quickly. The manager will help grow and develop their careers but also monitor the risk and controls in the team while monitoring resources at the same time.

Client service:

The Client Service Manager will also perform day to day activities to make sure that the client is being serviced to an exceptional level and client satisfaction is the prime purpose/focus of the position.

Preferred experience:

Understanding of Wealth product set and a Wealth organization together with the risks and control frameworks/procedures involved in such an organisation.
