What will the role involve?
- A member of a Servicing team working closely with the Relationship Team to provide high quality service to a portfolio of Large Corporate clients.
- A named point of contact for clients, dealing with a range of requests and transactions. Delivering a high level of client satisfaction by executing client instructions and owning and resolving queries accurately within service level agreements.
- Works together with the Relationship Director and Relationship Support Managers to develop client relationships through proactive client care, operational risk control and knowledge of products to identify sales leads to add value to the service provision.
- Provide expert support and advice to both clients and colleagues to build trust and confidence in Corporate Banking.

- Experience within a corporate client facing environment - client contact is essential
- Relationship management experience
- Ability to balance the needs of the client with risk/regulatory requirements

Salary for the role is £19,210
Current working hours will predominantly be 9am - 5pm, however successful candidates will be required to sign a flexible contract as there may be a business requirement in the future to work patterns outside of these hours.
