Client Solutions Manager recruitment
Role Purpose
- As part of Coutts’ sustained strategy for growth, we are now looking for an exceptional Client Solutions Manager to drive product and concept development locally, acting as the key liaison between product services (supply) and front offices (demand side)
- The role involves driving cooperation between Front Office Heads and Product Managers to ensure timely and aligned delivery of solutions, improving speed with which we bring solutions to market, supporting the achievement of client markets sales targets
Key Accountabilities:
- To gather and maintain insight into local client needs, competitor environment and market potential, using this insight to inform the product development agenda
- To gather and communicate insight into client transactional activity, deal flow and client needs to provide input into product delivery processes
- To identify and quantify local opportunities for product and service enhancements, product and services gaps, and transactional opportunities
- To join Front Officers at client marketing calls to gain insight into client needs and product positioning strategy; to help Front Officers in presenting our full capabilities and closing business
- To organise local sales and marketing campaigns in collaboration with Front Office and Marketing colleagues
- To be a key accelerator of our development strategy; actively contributing to the firm’s reputation excellence
- To work in complete co-operation with other CSO Managers located in different countries
Required Experience:
- University Master level preferred
- 5-7+ years experience in Wealth Management industry good product knowledge acquired in an Advisory, Portfolio Management or Marketing function. Candidates having worked in Investment Banking with some knowledge of Wealth management clients can also apply.
- Have strong writing and communication skills and be able to work in an international environment with occasional travelling requirements
- Fluent English and German. Russian or French would also be good to have.
