Role Senior Manager - Client Solutions
To actively lead the country’s Client Solutions function with overall responsibility for the qualification and transition of new business, and management of change, from the sales process through to ongoing operational activity.
To ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience in all engagements with the company.
Responsibilities
1. Manages local Service Management, Client Transitions, Project Management and Client Design Managers
2. Manages team resourcing recognising resource
3. Manages client evaluations and business cases, performing triage on engagement activity to determine work effort and priority
4. Manages the organisational communication reporting for the geography
5. Supports Sales Distribution and Relationship/Account Management to define the client’s business case
6. With Operations and Technology identifies opportunities to improve efficiencies, increase automation/standardisation and eliminate redundancies/overlap
Experience
1. Proven track record for leading initiatives, project management, managing cross-functional relationships and providing coaching and mentoring
2. At least 10 years progressive business experience preferable
3. Significant experience of Fund Services Operations
4. Experience in managing large, diverse teams
