Description

Solid understanding of how the organization can implement technology to meet a client's needs. Interprets and defines complex business problems into technical solutions. Maintains solid understanding of implementation methodology. Contributes to moderate-sized high quality projects. Plans and manages small-sized projects and client relationships to achieve milestones, reporting standards, and budgetary requirements. Communicates risks, issues, and status of resolution to management. Mentors more junior level resources. Seeks and identifies business opportunities within existing and new accounts. Participates in sales process for potential clients. Prioritizes multiple responsibilities and manages tight deadlines. Recognizes barriers and resolves issues with minimal assistance.

Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good client liaison skills. Proficient in project management. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ year's experience. Demonstrated track record of contributing successfully to the delivery of small, high quality projects. Proven track records of business analysis expertise, client relationship management, project leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
