The Client Specialist Business Development, Exchange Traded Instruments role will focus on uncovering new sales opportunities within an existing account or New-new business
· To drive and lead large scale desktop sales, including development and execution of competitor displacement programs at new or existing accounts
· To build strong relationships and communities with end-users by understanding and fulfilling their business workflow needs
· This role will have a clear focus on the Exchange Traded Instruments (Cash Equities, Derivatives) markets

Skills

Required Skills:
· Deep Equity Derivatives Market Understanding including
. Expert understanding of financial markets
. Knowledge of relevant market such as institutional equity, sales, trading
. Strong understanding of customers' business model and workflow
· Proven Selling Skills (identify, develop, articulate proposition / consultative selling) in the Exchange Traded Instruments markets
· Significant Product and Workflow Expertise (e.g. knowledge of financial modeling, excel, MS Office); knowledge of trading floor technology / data applications
· Strong customer service skills
· Other: Presentation skills (verbal written); Strong interpersonal skills; ability to organize and execute a sales plan; ability to use MIS systems
Relationship Building
· Proficient English, Cantonese / Mandarin (desired)
