Client Specialist - Amsterdam
This position is responsible for desktop revenue of the assigned account portfolio. The overall objective is to retain and where possible grow desktop accessess and revenues for the assigned accounts.
Essential responsabilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with end users in portfolio of clients.
- Help end users derive maximum benefit from desktop products by giving them expert advice, training and hintstips.
- Constantly look for new potential users within existing client portfolio either by winning market share or by finidng new users.
- Work closely with account managers on maximizing sales opportunities and minimizing cancellation threats.
- Work closely with Knowledge Network to offer the best possible training offering for portfolio of clients.
- Build and develop specialist level know-how in agreed area of workflow and/or asset class.
- Support CS colleagues with their client portfolio in own area of workflow/asset class specialization.

Skills
Required skills and experience :
- Proven track record of working in financial markets for a minimum of two years.
- Specialist level knowledge of at least one asset class or workflow area.
- Excellent relationship building, communication and teamworking skills.
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills.
- Extensive experience in using software (no programming skills required) and highly PC fluent.
Education :
Academic degree in Finance or Economics. Financial markets certifications (such as CFA)
