Bureau Administrator

An exciting opportunity to participate in a new small dynamic company that is making waves in the Occupational Psychology industry.

We are looking for a Bureau Administrator to join a highly motivated client facing team delivering and supporting client’s use of a range of innovative Internet based assessment systems. The Bureau team manages UK and international client requests and provides first line support for clients and candidates accessing online instruments.

The Role

§         Responding to candidate and client enquires by email or phone

§         Diagnosing and resolving technical and non-technical client and candidate issues

§         Taking ownership of queries to meet tight deadlines and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

§         Monitoring and maintaining client online systems

§         Creating and updating internal systems documentation

Creating Client Online Systems

§         Creating systems in accordance to client requirements

§         Logging issues in a bug tracking system

§         Organising and delivering online system training sessions

Essential

§         Excellent customer service skills

§         Pleasant telephone manner

§         Organised and detail-conscious

§         Proficient using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)

§         Committed to meeting deadlines and SLA’s

Desirable

§         Experience on an IT help desk

§         Experience in a customer interface role

§         Knowledge of TFS or equivalent bug tracking system

Salary

£16,000 - £19,000 plus benefits
